WCSA is looking for four students to help us out over the 2017/18 school year! We are hiring two office staff members, a secretary and are also recruiting a new Chair. You can find detailed job descriptions below.

You will work closely with the Board to help ensure successful execution of WCSA initiatives. This includes basic office duties, such as answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and processing WCSA ticket sales. Being a WCSA Office Staff member is an engaging position that requires regular interaction with Woodsworth students and staff in the WCSA office.
Time Commitment: 12 hours per week
Format of Pay: Hourly Wage
Secretary of the Board
You will be required to attend weekly WCSA Executive Committee meetings and monthly WCSA Board of Directors meetings in order to take meeting minutes. You will also be in charge of compiling and formatting Board packages, which contain all the information a board member needs during a meeting.
Time Commitment: ~10 hours per month
Format of Pay: Monthly Honorarium
Chair of the Board
You will chair the monthly Board of Directors meetings. You’ll make sure all meetings follow the correct procedures and are conducted in an orderly fashion. Knowledge of Robert’s Rules of Order is an asset.

Format of Pay: Volunteer Position
Applicants selected for an interview will be notified no later than 11:59PM on Saturday, September 9th. Interviews will be conducted the week of September 11th. If you are selected but unavailable during those dates, alternate arrangements can be discussed. Please note that due to a high volume of applicants, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
Selected applicants will be expected to begin their roles starting September 18th.
