FAXES, PHOTOCOPIES & PRINTING

Black and White Photocopying available for $0.10/page. COINS ONLY

Fax: NO INTERNATIONAL FAXING AVAILABLE. Other than that, Fax is available for $0.10/page.

The Woodsworth Computer Lab does have a printer available, but if you’d like printing done outside of the computer lab hours, please email the office staff your file with “PLEASE PRINT” in the subject box. A 30 min notice is required and only available during the WCSA Office Hours.

Black and White printing is $0.15/page.

Colour printing is $0.75/page.

CLUBS MEETING SPACE

Although our clubs don’t have specific rooms to meet regularly, WCSA will try their very best to help you find a meeting room in either the College itself or in the Residence building.

If your club needs a place to meet, please email vp.external@mywcsa.com right away.

A minimum of one (1) week notice is required.

GRADUATION PHOTOS

Grad photos are available for the Woodsworth College graduating class both in Fall and in the Spring.

Please check the calendars in September for more details.

LOCKERS

Fall /Winter lockers are available for $20 as of September 14th 2011 until April 30th 2011.

To get a locker, please come see the Office Staff in Room 103 during our Office Hours Monday through Friday.

CLUB & EVENT FUNDING

WE HAVE MONEY FOR OUR CLUBS! If you are a Woodsworth club and require funding for your club, please contact Nick Gourlay at vp.external@mywcsa.com

A minimum notice of two (2) weeks is required.

If you have a one time event in mind and require help and funding, please email Nick Gourlay at vp.external@mywcsa.com

EQUIPMENT RENTAL

Have a presentation with no equipment? WCSA has equipment available for rent throughout the day. Equipment includes projector and speakers. A minimum of 48 hours is required and the equipment must be picked up and dropped off during WCSA Office Hours.

A valid T-CARD is mandatory.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

WCSA has started a new service! The Professional Development Committee has been approved and has started working to provide leadership trainings and seminars to the Woodsworth students.

This is a student run Committee and is geared to help promote leadership skills in everyday scenarios even outside of the work environment. If interested with helping out and being on the Committee please email vp.internal@mywcsa.com
